TOYSL is an Inter-District Select Level League that includes teams from Clubs in the two Districts located in the Interior of British Columbia. The league includes teams U13 to U18, both male and female.

To provide an outlet for clubs to register teams in their appropriate age and level of play, enabling participants to look forward to their weekly game, with the knowledge that it will be competitive and fun.

To be the best organized, developmentally appropriate, stakeholder service oriented soccer league, that provides customers with confidence and excitement to register each season/year.
The combination of professional management, sound governance, and a technical focus will be the three pillars of The League.
